By downloading, installing, or using the AI Resume & Cover Letter Optimizer app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
The App provides AI-powered resume optimization and cover letter generation services. The App uses third-party AI services (OpenAI) to process and optimize your resume content based on ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility best practices.

Each subscription period provides:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current subscription period.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes, and your subscription will renew at the new price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
The App offers a free tier that includes 1 free resume optimization. Free tier users receive a partial preview of the cover letter and cannot export to PDF. After using the free optimization, users must subscribe to continue using the service.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee job placement, interview opportunities, or employment outcomes. The optimization suggestions are based on ATS compatibility best practices, but results may vary. The App is a tool to assist job seekers and should be used as a supplement to, not a replacement for, professional career advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
All subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund through Apple's standard refund process. For subscription refunds, contact Apple Support.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
